Gill Smith of Grimley Smith Awarded HBP Systems (part of the HBP Systems Group Plc) Christmas Hamper after winning Customer Survey Prize Draw.

Tony Pearson, (pictured above centre) presented Gill Smith and Grimley Smith Associates with a large Christmas Hamper after they were drawn as winners of the HBP Customer Satisfaction Christmas Survey.

We had a great response to our survey and for the nominations of Employee of the Year Award. Lots of you were in agreement that the winner of our Employee of the Year Award should be Kristan Smith. He was presented with a mini hi-fi system at our Annual Presentation Evening last week. He's done a great job this year in our Software Support Department and everyone commented on his product knowledge, patience and courtesy.

Also, thank you all for your constructive feedback to our questions about customer service and support. We will be taking on board all your ideas and be in touch in the New Year to let you know our plans.
